The Opportunity : Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - Co. Wicklow (50 bedded Residential Care Home)
Location : Wicklow
Position : Full Time Permanent
TTM Healthcare on behalf of our clients are currently recruiting a full time Clinical Nurse Manager for a 50 bedded Residential Care Home based in Co.Wicklow
Overview :
To promote and maintain the highest attainable standard of clinical and nursing care within the nursing home.
The CNM works as a member of the team contributing to the fulfilment of the philosophy of care; Nursing home care delivered with Compassion, Dignity and Respect.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications :
Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
Sound decision making ability
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
Ability to work well and promote a team environment
Results driven
Benefits :
Salary : €45K - €52K (depending on experience)
Further education support (post-grad, masters etc) depending on course, and this may be the provision of study days as opposed to financial aid. Case dependent
Paid Coffee Breaks
Minimum of 39 hour contracts
Premiums for working Sundays (Time and a quarter)
Free Dinner
Double time for bank holidays
Free Parking
Days duty mainly 12 hour shifts and the occasional night duty when required
Rostered 6 hours on the floor and the remaining time organising care plans, rosters etc
