TTM in partnership with our client a Transitional Care Unit to facilitate recovery, restoration and reablement of patients following surgery and treatment for accidents and major illness are seeking to recruit an Clinical Nurse Manager on a full time permanent basis to join their team based in North Dublin
Our client is specifically looking for experience candidates coming from an acute setting experience for this role.
Essential Qualifications
Registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Post registration qualification in nursing people with dementia.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Desirable:
Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology
QQI Level 6 or Higher Certificate in Management and/or Leadership
Desirable Experience:
Experience in Psycho geriatric Nursing Care/Psychiatry/Adult Disabled.
In-depth knowledge of the ageing process.
Essential Skills Criteria:
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and resourceful.
Customer-focused.
Active listener.
Flexibility/adaptability
Excellent written /numerical/analytical skills
Strong IT Skills
Highly organised
