An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the team at a brand-new Respite Service based in Roscommon.

This organization provides respite care to children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries.

This is a full-time permanent contract working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with some on call duties required. RGN's and RNID's considered for the position.

Salary Scale: €46000 - €56607

Essential Criteria:
•A minimum of 3 years as a team leader or in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
•Nursing Qualification Required PIN required
•A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
•Level 6 management qualification.
•Experience of report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management.
•Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
•Excellent working knowledge of legislative/regulatory requirements and responsibilities.
•Excellent IT skills.
