Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) – State of the Art Nursing Home – West Wicklow close to Blessington, Naas, Carlow, Athy and Baltinglass.

At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a state-of-the-art Nursing Home based in the WEST WICKLOW location. They have an available opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) with the opportunity to progress to Assistant Director of Nursing. Must have excellent experience at management level within gerontology and a very good knowledge of the HIQA requirements pertained to Care of the Older person. Overview of role:
• The successful candidate will be required to manage the Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
• Maintain professional confidentiality, ensuring all clinical and legal documents are accurate and legible
• Use discretion and decision making regarding patient care, referring appropriately to the DON.
• Responsible for continuous personal and professional development
Requirements:
• Must have minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working at CNM level in a nursing home already.
• NMBI Registered
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Team Player
• Excellent knowledge of HIQA- Policies and Procedures pertained to the Care of the Older Person

Shift Pattern :-
