The Position :Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - State of the Art Elderly Care Facility - North Dublin
The Opportunity :
Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) required for a 200+ bedded, state of the art facility in North Dublin. The client offers long term residential care, Dementia / Alzheimer Care, Convalescent Care, Respite Care and Palliative Care.

At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with one of our clients, a state of the art residential care home which has just opened recently and is the largest residential care home facility in the country.
The Nursing Home provides an opportunity for people to enhance their independent quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment with a wide range of supports and social facilities. This 200+ bedded state-of-the-art home has been designed with the needs of the resident at the forefront. Your Clinical Responsibilities:
The appointee will undertake the role and responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Manager and be accountable to the Management Team including the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Person in Charge. The successful applicant will be required to provide and manage a professional care and nursing service while actively contributing to the development of the Nursing Home, its residents and staff.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3- 5 years relevant post registration nursing experience.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, relatives/visitors, employees, management and external bodies e.g. GPs, hospitals, HSE, HIQA, etc.
Post-registration qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care and / or a Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent will be an advantage. In the absence of such a qualification, the appointee will be required to undertake such training.
