Our client is a newly extended nursing home situated in North Dublin. This home offer exceptional opportunity to specialise and advance in your career with dedicated Dementia wings and state of the Art facilities this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Our client is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to Join them on a perm basis. This is a full-time post from 8am to 4pm working shared weekends when required. Each ward in this facility has a CNM and this manager is supported by 2 nurses and HCA's.
Aims and Objectives.
Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
Requirements:
Be registered with the NMBI
Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
