Clinical Nurse Manager II Cath Lab/Cardiac Service
TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II Cath Lab/Cardiac Services to join the team of a large acute hospital in Galway. This role is a permanent full time position.

Requirements:
Valid NMBI Pin
Minimum of 5 years post registration experience, of which 2 years is in a Cath. Lab with a postgraduate qualification in cardiology.
Experience in management with excellent interpersonal, leadership & communication skills including proven skills in people management, leading a team and service delivery
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Provide clinical and management leadership for Staff Nurses and ensure an effective learning environment for the multidisciplinary team and taking an active part in the delivery of care as appropriate.
•Plan, develop and monitor human and budget resource plans to ensure an effective and efficient service.
•Plan specialist nursing service, innovations and developments.
