TTM Healthcare are actively seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) for a modern (53 bed) Residential Care Home based in Galway


Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
Dementia experience desirable.
Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
Registered on the NMBI live register.
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
Sound decision making ability.
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
Results.
