Clinical Nurse Manager - Residential Care Home - 20 minutes West of Cork City
Our client a 38 bedded Residentil Care Centre are actively recruiting a full time permanent CNM1.
About the Care Home :-
The Home is set in its own grounds, well away from the road and traffic. They care for up to 38 residents. Each person has different needs; some are quite mobile while others have different dependency levels, needing on-going nursing care.
The professional team of over 40 qualified and experienced staff including registered nurses, healthcare assistants, housekeeping, catering, administration, maintenance and activity co-ordinators.
Position : Full Time Permanent
Overview :
To promote and maintain the highest attainable standard of clinical and nursing care within the nursing home.
The CNM works as a member of the team contributing to the fulfilment of the philosophy of care; Nursing home care delivered with Compassion, Dignity and Respect.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications :
Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
Sound decision making ability
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
Ability to work well and promote a team environment
Results driven
Benefits :
Salary : €23 - €25 per hour (depending on experience)

Double time for bank holidays
Free Parking
Days duty mainly 12 hour shifts and the occasional night duty when required
