Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM1 - Dublin (South Dublin)
TTM have partnered with their client, a long established nursing home group, based in South Dublin. Their mission is to provide the best standard of care in Ireland to their residents. Their philosophy places the care of the resident at the heart of the nursing home.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager who will work alongside the DON and ADON to provide a consistently strong standard of care to their residents at their nursing home in South Dublin
The CNM will assume responsibility for the day to day clinical management of the nursing home, while co-ordinating the care and activities of the residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role.
Role Responsibilities:
· Quality of Care Responsibilities
· Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
· Co-ordinate resident activities
· Work within HIQA regulations
Candidate requirements
· Candidates must be registered with NMBI
· Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sound decision making ability
· A qualification in Gerontology desirable.
· Candidates must have at least 2 years experience out of the last 5 years in care of the elderly.
· Must hold a EU passport or if Non EU passport holder must have GNIB Stamp 4
