Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - Dublin

At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with our client to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) for one of their small residential care homes based in Dublin close to City Centre and 15 minutes from the M50.
The Clinical Nurse Manager, must have excellent experience at management level within gerontology and a very good knowledge of the HIQA requirements pertained to Care of the Older person. If you think the position is right for you, let's talk.
Overview of role:
• The successful candidate will be required to manage the Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
• Maintain professional confidentiality, ensuring all clinical and legal documents are accurate and legible
• Use discretion and decision making regarding patient care, referring appropriately to the DON.
• Responsible for continuous personal and professional development
Requirements:
• Must have minimum of 2-3 years' experience working at CNM level in a nursing home already.
• NMBI Registered
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Team Player
• Excellent knowledge of HIQA- Policies and Procedures pertained to the Care of the Older Person

Shift Pattern :-
