TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager III (Area Manager) to cover a maternity leave post on behalf of their North Cork and South Limerick client. This is a voluntary (Section 38) comprehensive service for people with intellectual disabilities.
This will be a 12 month post working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
•A Management Qualification with a relevant degree in Nursing RNID desirable.
•Minimum of five years post qualification experience of working in day and residential services for children & adults with an Intellectual Disability/Autism with at least three years at a management level.
•Extensive experience of working with service users who may present with behaviours that challenge.
•A proven track record of managing staff and service users coupled with a high degree of flexibility.
