Requirements:
•NMBI Registered Nurse Licence in good standing
•At least 3 years of experience in the area of Intellectual Disability working with children/adults in a residential setting
•At least 3 years of experience at Managerial level and an appropriate Management Qualification
•Experience working with adults with challenging behaviour
•Ability to lead a staff team effectively
•Experience of managing residential budgets
