TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Patient Flow Manager General Wards
Clinical Nurse Manager II Grade on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•NMBI Registration
•Have a proven track record in General nurse management.
•Have at least 6 years post registration experience
•Have computer and analytical skills.
•Previous experience of change management and project delivery
•Experience of leading quality improvement projects
•Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of communicating effectively and efficiently
•Possess the ability to deal with challenging situations and the ability to proactively influence outcomes.
•Possess good decision-making skills and a capacity for analytical thinking and problem solving with a good knowledge of clinical nursing.
•Have the ability to provide motivation and team-leadership to all employees within your remit within the clinical areas.
Possess a strong awareness of the need for confidentiality, discretion, precision and a methodical approach in all matters.
Desirable:
•Management course desirable
•Post registration qualification in Nursing and or Management desirable
•Knowledge and experience of the Bed Management function desirable
