THE OPPORTUNITY:
Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Medical Ward
THE BACKGROUND:
Together with our client, a leading private hospital located in the East of the Country, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for the medical floor in this busy hospital. This is a full time permanent position working 39 hours per week and the successful candidate will participate in the On Call Nurse Management roster.
The post of CNM 2 has a pivotal role in service planning, coordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

- Hold full NMBI registration under the general division
- Have at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Previous experience in a medical environment and ideally surgical ward experience also
- Hold a recognised management qualification with previous management experience at any level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with change management
