TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of Dublin's leading Intellectual Disabilities Service.
This is a full time permanent role working in in a community based residential home for young
adults and young children with disabilities and complex nursing supports.

Salary ranging from €55248 to €65316

Requirements:
•Have a RNID and/or RSCN/RGN qualification & be approved by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
•Other nursing disciplines with a minimum of 5 years experience in
•the area of disability may apply.
•Recognised accredited management qualification.
•Have a minimum of 3 years experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care with responsibility for managing budgets and resources.
•Be knowledgeable of Health Act 2007 & have experience and understanding of HIQA Regulations (2013).
•A detailed working knowledge of Children's First Policy and other national policies relevant in Children's Disability Services.
•Possess a strong commitment to the provision of a quality children and family person centred
•Service.
•Knowledge, best practice and experience in managing children with a disability and complex health
•Needs.
•Have strong children's/pediatrics experience.
•Have strong clinical care experience and ideally exposure to Respiratory Management, PEG feeding, Oxygen Therapy, Defibrillation, Seizure and Anaphylaxis Management.
•Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrates knowledge of the key working model and have knowledge of the quality system.
•Have an understanding of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004 (amended 2012)
•Knowledge of attachment theory as it relates to children in residential care.
•Be committed to working as part of a team.
•Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
