TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Clinical Facilitator on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•Registration with NMBI
•Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
•Up to date knowledge in ICU nursing
•Minimum three years experience in a people management role
•Proven leadership and change management skills
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
•Vision of development of service
Desirable:
•Management qualification/educational preparation to degree level desirable
•Higher Diploma in Intensive Care desirable
