TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Cardiology Day Ward on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•Registered with NMBI
•Previous experience and up to date knowledge of CathLab and Interventional Cardiology
•Detailed knowledge of cardiac procedures, medical conditions and interventions
•Minimum three years experience in a people management role
•Proven leadership and change management skills
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
•Current BLS and ACLS certificate
•Excellent organisational skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable:
•Management qualification preferable
•Advanced course in interventional cardiology preferable
