TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 ICU on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•Registration with NMBI
•Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
•Hold a recognised post registration qualification in critical care nursing or intensive care nursing
•Have a minimum of five years full-time post registration clinical experience, three of which must be within the critical care or related area
•Proven leadership and change management skills
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
Desirable:
•Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
