TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Cardiac Theatre on behalf of an acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements:
•Registration with NMBI
•Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
•Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practices
•Minimum of three years post registration clinical experience and minimum three years experience in a people management role
•Proven leadership and change management skills
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
Desirable:
•Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
