TTM Healthcare have partnered with Ireland's leading Physical, Sensory and Neurological Disabilities Services to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager 1.
This is a permanent full-time contract working 39 hours per week.

Requirements:
•In possession of a nursing qualification and registered with An Bord Altranais
•A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and currently operating at CNM1 or Senior Staff Nurse Level
•Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad social services field
•Knowledge of and experience in working within HIQA regulatory framework
•Evidence based decision making skills and experience in the management and effective delivery of change
•Have experience in the development and delivery of training to staff
•Have experience in the review and development of policies
•Evidence of personal and professional development
•Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the ability to adapt to changing technology
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland
•Ability to speak and write English fluently
