TTM Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for a permanent contract 39 hours per week in our Residential Respite Service in Balbriggan, Co Dublin. The Respite Service has the capacity to accommodate for up to 7 residents with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
Your Employer:
Our client provides services and supports to adults with an intellectual disability in North County Dublin. Our client is an integral part of the Fingal community, with services located throughout the county providing services and supports to adults with an intellectual disability across County Fingal and County Meath.
Today, close on 300 individuals avail of these services, which includes Day, Residential, Respite and Clinical supports.
Your Role
The successful Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will be responsible for the development, delivery and the daily management of a quality residential respite service, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. The post holder will ensure the provision of person centred, high quality, and responsive services in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.
Direct Reports:
You will be responsible for leading a team of 5 nurses and 5 Healthcare Assistants.

Person In Charge
Hours of Work
9am - 9pm
Contract:
Permanent - Full time Contract (39hours)
Applicant Criteria:
• Applicants must hold an active NMBI Registration - (RGN/RPN/RNID)
• Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience post registration experience
• Have experience supervising staff
• Have the ability to work as part of a team
• Have excellent knowledge of HIQA Regulations
• Hold a full drivers' licence
