Clinical Lead - (CNM1) - Drogheda

We presently have vacancies for Clinical Leads. As a Clinical Lead you will be the lead nurse within the household, working with the Carer Lead you will play a central role in ensuring that high quality; person centred care, set within the culture and framework of the Household Model of Care is delivered.
You will be responsible for ensuring nursing compliance as registered practitioners and within HIQA standards and guidelines and have joint responsibility for the day to day running of the house.
Candidates should have the following criteria :-
• Have full registration with NMBI (The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
• Have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
The Salary and Benefits offered with this permanent position will depend on experience.
