Are you a Registered General Nurse who is seeking an opportunity to work 4 days from home and one day on site in an office-based role?

TTM Healthcare have partnered with one of Ireland's leading Health Insurance companies to recruit a Medical Practice Auditor Nurse.

This is a full-time permanent role.

The Role:
The primary function of the Medical Practice Clinical Auditor is to ensure the delivery of accurate and efficient auditing programmes that include systematic review of care provided to our members against evidence-based medical practice standards, Schedule of Benefits rules for payment and provider contracts agreements. The auditor will be required to conduct comprehensive provider audits, collate the clinical criteria for audit, complete audit, liaise with our medical advisory panels to identify best practice and standards and plan and implement practice change. Reporting thereafter and implementing a quality improvement plan where necessary is required.
The role also includes a variety of analysis and ongoing provider engagement is important to implement best practice and practice change.

Requirements:
•BSc in General Nursing or higher
•Local Irish based experience for minimum of 5+ years
•Auditing experience to HIQA standards
•Measuring outcomes in hospitals
•Supporting clinical improvements in a hospital setting
•The ability to communicate effectively is a pre-requisite of this role. Auditing experience with a clinical background will be a distinct advantage. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a requirement. SAS experience would be advantageous.
