TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who provides a vast range of services to people with both physical, sensory and neurological conditions, who often have very complex and high support needs. With a workforce of more than 800 employees and volunteers working across 14 counties of Ireland. They are currently recruiting for a Client Service Manager for 12 bed apartment facility for people who have a physical and/or sensory disability.
As Service Manager you will be committed to the provision of quality, person centred services and to the concept of working in partnership to support people to live their best possible lives Operating as a member of the Regional Team and reporting to the Regional Manager, the Service Manager will manage, lead and develop the Donegal services.
Requirements:
• Level 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
• Level 6 in Management
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within the disability, broad personal social services, or healthcare
• 3 years Supervisory or Management experience
• Full licence and access to own transport
