Rates from €17.68 to €27.98 depending on relevant Public sector experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of the financial administration and provide support to the Senior Manager
- Assist with the implementation of financial policies, procedures, guidelines.
- Assist in the managing of the day to day finance business, including responding to queries.
- Respond to email and telephone queries in a timely manner and provide advice on finance matters to areas representatives.
- Ensure that records are accurate, maintained confidentiality and being readily available to the appropriate authority.
- Ability to format and write reports.
- Report any deficiency or irregularity s/he may observe to the RFM.
- Knowledge of financial policies and regulations as relevant to the role.
- Demonstrate good planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and allocate resources.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience of data collation and analysis.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 1 Year administrative experience
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- Knowledge of SAP desirable but not essential.
- Display strong team skills.
