TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in Clonmel to recruit a Grade IV clerical officer for a maternity leave contract.
Immediate start with the contract ending in June 2024.
35 hours per week (9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch).
Rates from €17.68 to €27.98 depending on relevant Public sector experience.
Responsibilities:
• Providing support and assistance to staff and managers on ESS - Employee Self-Service System
• Providing recruitment support in preparation for and follow up from EMG - Employment Monitoring Group
• Liaising with recruitment agencies to assist with the conversion from agency to perm staff
• Maintaining the governance spreadsheet for staff compliance file
• Reporting HR stats from HR system
• Downloading staff records from data management system
• Sharing information and updating management team on HR matters
• Responding to staff queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all HR forms and completed and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures within the required timeslines
• General admin duties as required.
