THE OPPORTUNITY:
Clerical Officer - Grade IV Tullamore
THE BACKGROUND:
As the National Supplier of Temporary and Permanent staff to the HSE, we are proud to have partnered with the HSE to recruit Grade IV Clerical Officers in Tullamore. The position of Grade IV encompasses both financial and administrative responsibilities which include the following:
Skills / Qualifications:
·Secretarial/ Admin Experience
·Proficiency in MS Suite e.g. word, Excel
·File Management - electronic and manual
·Management of schedules/ diaries
·High degree of responsibility, prioritising patients reports etc.
·Familiarity with data protection legislation
·Awareness of services for people with disabilities
·Ability and willingness to work autonomously with minimal supervision
·Excellent communication skills and empathetic nature
