Clerical Officer Grade IV Tusla
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Clerical Officer Grade IV Full Time 3 month initial contract
THE BACKGROUND:
As the National Supplier of Temporary and Permanent staff to the HSE, we are now looking to increase our locum panel in Dublin 9. We are proud to have partnered with Tusla Child and Family, with positions based currently in Ballymun Dublin 9. Our team currently work across multiple locations and grades within this service providing support for multiple grades and sites.
The location is well provided for by public transport. Several Bus Eireann bus routes serve the hospital. We are now seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer Grade IV to work on a consistent basis alongside our existing team to offer increasing support to this service.
Interested applicants must be available full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job is for a Clerical Officer Grade IV on a full-time locum basis and candidates would need to be flexible and adaptable. Your role would involve working as part of a team to provide a quality service to meet the needs of the service while guided by other senior staff. The role consists of general administration work and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Duties cover specific project recovery process, with experience in NCCIS a distinct advantage.
Your Educational Responsibilities:
This role does not require a formal qualification and would be experienced based.
Your Communication Responsibilities:
Fluent written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
Your Health and Safety Responsibilities:
In order to work in a Healthcare setting you must have the appropriate level of medical clearance. Candidates will need an up to date fit to work certificate from their doctor along with any mandatory vaccinations.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Experience in similar position.
• Must have eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Have a minimum of 3 months recent experience
• Have fluent written & spoken English.
• Fit to work certificate
• Must have (or be willing to complete) training as required.
