Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrate Proficiency in the use of WebEx Meeting Platform
• An advantage - Experience in the use of SAP Stabilisation and derogation of duty business processes to set up vendors, create purchase orders and process payment in line with NFR
• Demonstrate strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail, including the ability to analyse data on spreadsheets
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills, e.g. telephone skills, typing skills, experience dealing with stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members
• Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to client info etc
• Demonstrate excellent command of the English language both written and verbal to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role
