THE OPPORTUNITY:
Clerical Officer Grade III : Dublin
THE BACKGROUND:
As the National Supplier of Temporary and Permanent staff to the HSE, we are proud to have partnered with the HSE to recruit Clerical Officers in a Mental Health Service in Dublin.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Managing Waiting lists
·Coordinating appointments and providing administrative support to a clinician team
·High degree of responsibility, prioritising patients reports etc.
·High level of typing and Administration
Skills / Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills and an understanding of the challenges associated with Mental Health Services
·Ability and willingness to work autonomously with minimal supervision
·High attention to detail
