TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in North Tipperary has a number of vacancies for a Clerical Officer Grade III position for a 3-month initial contract with immediate availability.
37 hours per week.
Working 5 over 7days.
Hours are 9am to 5pm.
€12.74p/h depending on relevant public sector work experience. Premium pay for working weekends included.
Starting ASAP - pending reference checks and garda vetting.
*Please note hours will be changing to 12hour shifts 3days on, 4 days off at the end of May.
Responsibilities:
• Checking in patients
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and general clerical work
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Schedule and verify patient data.
Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years in a receptionist / secretarial / customer service role
• Excellent IT skills including word and excel
• Strong team work skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
