TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Nenagh has a vacancy for a Clerical Officer Grade III position for a 4 week initial contract with immediate availability.
One fulltime 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Using the switchboard
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Schedule and verify patient data.
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system
• Write reports for the department when required
Requirements:
• Proficient in the use of Outlook, calendar management etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in minute taking at meetings, general note taking and writing memos.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to accuracy and detail
• Understanding of GDPR as it pertains to the post
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining good relationships with both service users and staff.
