TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Child and Family Agency based in Limerick city to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer.

Hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
35 hours per week.
2 month initial temporary placement**

Rates vary from €14.86 to €24.15 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.

Duties
  • General Data entry and administration
  • Prioritise and track all workloads
  • Issue correspondence from relevant mailboxes
  • General filing and scanning
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Finance and other data returns
  • High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail


Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Minimum 1 year recent administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good phone manner
  • SAP and Payroll Knowledge preferable
