TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector based in Limerick to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer.

Hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
35hours per week.
3 month temporary placement**

Rates vary from €14.86 to €24.15 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.

  • Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
  • Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff.
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Finance and other data returns
  • Ordering and processing invoices
  • Vendor management
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and attention to detail,
  • High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience Required:
  • Strong administration experience
  • Accounts Payable & Payroll Experience
  • SAP
