TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Clerical Officers for Grade III positions.
3 month initial contracts available,
Monday to Friday.
35hours per week.
Rates vary from €14.57 to €23.61 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.
Temporary contracts available only
Administration/secretarial experience is essential.
Requirements/Duties
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and attention to detail,
• Strong Use of excel.
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information.
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff. Good phone manner and communication.
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require.
• High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Schedule and verify data.
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system.
• Write reports for the department when required. Experience taking minutes desirable.
