TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Westmeath has a vacancy for a Clerical Officer Grade III position in the payroll department for a month to month rolling contract with immediate start.

Responsibilities:
• Undertaking general office administration duties.
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of both manual and electronic payroll system to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail

Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in a Payroll/Accounts position
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience working on SAP
• Efficient in Excel
• Excellent attention to details
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
