TTM Healthcare invite applications from Nurse Managers (CNM1 level) who are interested in working in our client's Children's Respite Service. The position on offer is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 who would like to join a supported team with training & development, guidance and career opportunity.
The Employer
Our client provides services to over 1000 adults and children with special needs in North Cork and South Limerick areas. Our client works to support each individual to be independent, by adopting a Person Centred Approach.
Our client has a successful track record in developing, strengthening and sustaining improved services for children and adults. The service provides a training centre and holds top facilities for their service users.
The successful CNM1 will work 37 hours per week in the Children's Respite Service located in the North Cork area and is 45minutes drive from Limerick City.

Essential Criteria:
• A qualification in Nursing (RNID desirable) and an appropriate management qualification.
• Not less than three years' experience working with children/adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
• Three years management or supervisory experience including staff management, supervision & appraisal
• Extensive experience of working with children/adults with intellectual disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge and supporting care staff in similar environments.
• Experience of managing residential budgets
