TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Centre Manager for a busy Resource Centre in Tipperary.


This a large community development centre that delivers a range of social inclusion and community development programmes for individuals, families and communities.Their programmes include:


• Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (Consortium partner with STDC)
• Ability Programme South Tipperary (Lead Partner)
• Community Childcare (NCS, ECCE, AIM, LINC, CE sub-sponsor)
• Community Employment Programme
• Local Training Initiative (KITE Programme)
• Family Therapy & Psychotherapy Service
• Parent & Family Support Project
• Organic Garden & Community Allotments Project

Person specification :


Knowledge:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification at level 8 or higher
• Demonstratable commitment to community development, equality, and social change
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance
• Understanding of Social Inclusion in a rural disadvantaged town context
• Knowledge of the operation and funding of the C&V and Local Development Sector


Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar sized organization
• Experience of managing substantial budgets
• Experience of working in Multi Agency Collaborations
• Experience of planning, procuring, and implementing large scale projects
• Experience of managing and supporting large, diverse staff teams
