Staff Nurse - Cardiology / Catherisation Lab
Staff Nurse required for a Cardiac Cath Laboratory in a large hospital in Galway. This is a one year fixed term contract, however a permanent position may become available. This role is based Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
Requirements:
Must be registered under the General Division of the NMBI
Must have 2 years post registration experience in an acute environment
Previous Cardiology/Cardiac Cath Lab experience .

- Independently perform duties and assume responsibility for care of assigned patients
- Taking the nursing history, summarise data, and state nursing diagnoses and patient care needs.
- Observing and recording signs, symptoms, and behaviours of the patients
- Perform techniques and routines in the specialty service area
Requirements:
Must be registered under the General Division of the NMBI
Must have 2 years post registration experience in an acute environment
Previous Cardiology/Cardiac Cath Lab experience .
