TTM Healthcare currently have multiple vacancies working within the Day & Residential Services of one of our Waterford based clients.
Services are based primarily in West Waterford.
These positions offer an immediate start date.
This organisation provides a range of supports and services to adults with intellectual disabilities, allowing them to live life to the fullest.
Within these care setings, you will be responsible for:
- Providing supports to the highest possible standards
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompt
- Engaging in stimulating activities and co-ordinating social events
TTM are able to offer full time lines to those with the availability to commit to this type of work.
About you:
- You will have a minimum FETAC Level 5 in a Healthcare related course
- You will have experience in providing excellent care to adults with intellectual disabilities and behaviour that may challenge
- Ideally you will be a driver, with access to own transport
- You will be flexible and adaptable to various shift patterns
- You will have in-date training certificates or be willing to complete the following courses: Patient Moving & Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Management of Actual & Potential Aggression, Fire Safety, Childrens First
