TTM Healthcare have begun working with some new services, based across South Dublin.
As a result, we are looking to significantly enhance our panel of Care Assistants, who can work both day and night shifts in South Dublin.
These organisations provide care and support services to adults with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities.
These positions are based in across south county Dublin.
As part of TTM's locum team, you can expect weekly full time hours, that fit around your other commitments.
TTM staff play a vital part in the safe operation of these services, and the quality of TTM staff has been complimented regularly by the managers of these services.
What's involved:
- Providing hands on care to adults with intellectual disabilities
- Co-ordinating and carrying out activities
- Social outings
- Following specific care plans tailored for each service user
- Working as part of the care team to enhance the quality of the service users life
What you need:
- Full FETAC level 5 qualification in a Healthcare course (full 8 modules)
- Drivers licence and access to your own transport (desirable)
- Flexibility regarding your availability to work shifts
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Great communication skills
Registration:
- To be eligible to work in these services you will require the following:
- Patient Moving & Handling training (PMH)
- Management of Actual & Potential Aggression training (MAPA)
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults training (SOVA)
- Fire Safety training
- Child Protection training
TTM will also carry out a Garda Vetting and conduct references in order to complete your registration.
