TTM Healthcare in Partnership with our client have a Business Manager Position available for a 6 month initial contract.
Based in Mahon Cork
Hybrid working with 1 day in the office.
Hours are:
Mon - Thurs 08:45 - 17:30
Friday 08:45 to 16:30
The Business Manager reports to the Director of ACC.
Key responsibilities:
• Management of tenders for paediatric framework.
• Management of proposals for off framework (Verticals/Private).
• Customer relationship management (HSE and private clients).
• Implementation, review and continuous improvement of service level arrangements and contracts.
• Work closely with key stakeholders in support departments e.g., Finance, IT, People and Culture, TA.
• Management of Scheduling and Rostering function and line management of that team.
• Line management of Business Co-Ordinator.
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience of dealing with customers including about contractual matters.
• Experience of people management.
• Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role.
• The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the role.
