Regional Group Resident Bed Flow Manager
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Bed Manager on behalf of one of Ireland's leading nursing home groups who are renowned for investing in the development of their staff.
This is a regional post on a permanent full time basis.
The Group Resident Bed Flow Manager will lead and manage the Bed flow function of the nursing home group.
The post holder will be accountable for providing a Resident flow function within the Nursing Home Group and identify and progress efficiencies in the admission and discharge process.
The Resident flow function can be described as the appropriate and optimal utilisation of Resident beds. This position has an important role in supporting the effective coordination and management of activity and resources within clinical areas.
The Successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards and other standards as they apply to the role for example, Standards for Healthcare, National Standards for the Prevention and Control of Healthcare Associated Infections, Hygiene Standards etc. and comply with associated HSE and the Nursing Home Group's protocols for implementing and maintaining these standards.
