Basic Grade Pharmacist, required by TTM Healthcare, on behalf of a large Private Hospital, based in the South-East of Ireland.
As Basic Grade Pharmacist, you will be providing a clinical pharmacy service, providing drug information to medical, nursing and healthcare professionals and patients, carrying out prescription reviews and identifying and addressing individual patient care needs where appropriate.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
Key Requirements:
·Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
·Clinical experience is an advantage but not essential
·Demonstrate a patient focused approach
·Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
