Basic Grade Pharmacist, required by TTM Healthcare, on behalf of a large Private Hospital based in the South East of Ireland.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicine, dispensing drugs and advising patients, in addition to working collaboratively with other health care professionals to devise the most appropriate drug treatment for patients.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits offered to the selected candidate.
Key Requirements:
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Clinical experience desirable but not essential
• Demonstrate a patient focused approach
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
• Have the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage a number of issues simultaneously and demonstrate attention to detail
