Our client a leading Healthcare Provider of Residential Care Homes in Ireland are actively looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing for one of their Care Homes based in Waterford (93 Bedded)
Requirments :-
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
Sound decision making ability
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
Ability to work well and promote a team environment
Appreciation of finance issues
Results driven
Qualifications:
First level registration
Registered on appropriate part of Irish live register.
Evidence of continuous Professional Development
Previous management experience
Benefits :
Salary : €60K - €70K (depending on experience)
Pension contribution
Further education sponsorship (post-grad, masters etc)
Paid training days
Annual leave : 23 Days
Death in service Cover : 2 x annual salary
