TTM Healthcare have partnered with an established Nursing Home located in Co. Cork. We are assisting our client with the interviews and on-boarding of an Assistant Director of Nursing for their Nursing Home.
The Assistant Director of Nursing will join the Senior Management Team and support the Director of Nursing in the delivery of a smooth and safe running of the centre. Our client has a strong management team consisting of Senior Management, Middle Management and Supervisors across every department.The Assistant Director of Nursing will collaborate with a team of ADON's and Nurse Managers who will ensure a high standard of care is delivered. The successful applicant will be required to manage a professional nursing service while actively contributing to the development of the Nursing Home, it's residents and staff.
Our client has recent refurbishment of a top class Dementia Care Unit, our client has also developed an Isolation Unit for infection prevention purposes. Our client will also provide it's staff with COVID-19 testing each fortnight to ensure the utmost safety for it's resident's and staff.

Working Hours (per week)
- 8am - 8pm x 2
- 8am - 5pm x 2
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a registration with An Bord Altranais (RGN)
- Hold a qualification in Healthcare Management or equivalent is essential
- Have 3+ years experience working in Nursing Management.
- Hold a qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care is desirable.
