The operations manager will use their strong leadership skills to maximise operational efficiency and to drive the growth of the business. We are looking to build our reputation for providing excellent quality home care services. You will enjoy being part of the senior management team leading the delivery of our services. This varied role requires outstanding communication and analytical skills, great planning and organisational ability, a talent for strong leadership together with extensive management experience in social care.

The operations manager will have a strong influence on how people see our brand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading and managing business relationships.

This challenging role requires a strategic thinker who has the ability to switch to a practical hands on approach when necessary. Working with the franchise owner, you will develop the business strategy and lead on its implementation.

You will also provide day to day operational support to our registered managers and their care teams. There will be plenty of opportunities to use your initiative and apply creative problem-solving skills. A calm manner and the ability to think clearly whilst under pressure are essential for this important role.

What is required :

Experience at Management level in a Home Care setting
Client Service Management experience is essential
Operation Manager experience
Home Care background experience
Nursing qualification desirable but not essential
