Title: Area Manager - CNM3 Grade - Intellectual Disabilities
Reporting to: Head of Client Services Manager
Location: 30 Minutes from Limerick City
Interviews: After closing date 31/07/2020
Working Hours: 39 hour working week

Area Manager CNM3 Role:
To manage and develop the Residential and Respite Care services ensuring the needs of residents within the services are met within a person centred planning approach and that all residential services comply with the National Quality Standards: Residential Services for People with Disabilities.
The Area Manager will be responsible for the following duties (full job description available):
Applicant Criteria:
• A degree in Nursing (RNID desirable) with a minimum of five years post qualification experience of working in residential and day sevices for children & adults with an Intellectual Disability/Autism.
• A Management Qualification with at least three years post qualification at a management level.
• Extensive experience of working with service users who may present with behaviours that challenge.
• A proven track record of managing staff and service users coupled with a high degree of flexibility.
